It's that time of year again...Halloween! The only time you can dress up like someone (or something) you're not and not have to explain yourself. For some people, it may take the whole month of October to plan their costume, for others, a couple days before. No matter what costume you are trying to put together, the essential for making your Halloween costume complete, is the wig.
